  • Il barbecue è a vs. disposizione, legna compresa, durante tutta la vs. vacanza- abbiatene cura.
  • In ogni appartamento abbiamo un limite di utilizzo della corrente elettrica (3,3 Kw), nel caso si superi questo limite “scatta” la sicurezza del contatore generale che si trova all’esterno dell’appartamento nell’armadio che trovi sulla destra in fondo alla rampa del garage
  • L’utilizzo della sauna è gratuito nei giorni del: martedì e giovedì, vi prego di prenotare l’utilizzo indicandolo sulla lavagna posta a fianco alla porta della stessa.
  • Per gli ospiti che hanno prenotato tramite un portale internazionale facciamo presente che, se desiderate tornare in questa struttura potete prenotare anche direttamente tramite il ns. sito internet: appartamentilerose.it (il prezzo sarà più conveniente).

COME APRIRE IL BIDONE

Per aprire il bidone dei rifiuti organici e dei rifiuti residui, avvicinare il chip (ne avete uno nel mazzo di chiavi di casa) al lettore come mostrato in foto, attendere due “bip”, dopo il secondo “bip” si potrà aprire il coperchio.

REGOLAMENTO

Per ridurre l’umidità ed evitare la formazione di muffa, Vi chiediamo di aprire le finestre per almeno 15/20 minuti al giorno.

  • E’ vietato portare attrezzature sportive (sci, snowboard, scarponi, bici ecc..) in casa.
  • Si chiede di limitare i rumori dopo le ore 22:00.
  • Il giorno della partenza l’appartamento va liberato entro le ore 9:00 (prego comunicare almeno un giorno prima l’esatto orario di partenza).
  • Si chiede di lasciare l’angolo cottura pulito, senza piatti, bicchieri, posate, lavastoviglie e forno sporchi. Pena un’ammenda di 50€.
  • E’ inoltre vietato lasciare spazzatura in casa, pena un’ammenda di 50€.
  • E’ vietato fumare in appartamento

REGULATIONS

  • Please, reduce noise after 10 p.m.
  • On the departure day, you have to leave the apartment within 9 a.m. (please communicate the precise departure time at least one previous day).
  • Please, leave the kitchenette cleaned, without plates, glasses, cutlery, dishwasher and oven dirty. Otherwise you will pay a 50 € fine.
  • It is forbidden leave garbage in the apartment, otherwise you will pay a 50 € fine.
  • It’s forbidden to smoke inside the apartment

VIETATO INTRODURRE ATTREZZATURE SPORTIVE IN CASA.

IT IS FROBIDDEN BRING SPORTS EQUIPMENT INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
