Please read the booking rules below carefully.

Every booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the Italian law in force. The contract is binding for whoever makes the booking and for all other subjects mentioned in the same, minors included. 1. Booking
It is possible to send an availability request and wait for our answer. Following the request we will send you an offer (non-binding). The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication with the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 3 days from our confirmation. If the payment is not made within the required time, the reservation is considered null and void. The reservation becomes binding for the agency Alpi 2000 sas only upon receipt of a copy of the receipt of the deposit payment. Send a copy of the payment by e-mail (info@alpi2000.it). At this point we will undertake to send the customer a confirmation e-mail or a summary voucher to be shown at check-in. The confirmation of the booking implies the acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the above confirmation data and to inform us as soon as possible of any anomalies. The communication must be received no later than 4 days after receipt of the same. After this deadline we decline all responsibility for any inaccuracies. On arrival it is compulsory to present an identification document for each person. In order to make changes to the reservation you must contact us and we will do everything possible to satisfy your request. However, we cannot guarantee the fulfilment of this request. If the booking is moved to a period for which the price is higher than the amount paid, the client is obliged to pay the difference.

2. Payment
To confirm and guarantee the booking you will be asked for a deposit to be sent by bank transfer. In the absence of the required guarantee, the Agenzia Alpi 2000 sas reserves the right not to confirm the booking. It is required the payment of a deposit (excluding tourist tax and optional services) within and not later than 3 days from the date of booking confirmation. In case of non-receipt of the deposit within the indicated dates, the reservation is null and void. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the amount of the stay. As foreseen by the Civil Code in art. 1385, it will not be returned in case of cancellation or no-show.
The balance of the booking must be paid on arrival together with the extras and the security deposit.
For the balance the accepted payment methods are: cash, bank cheque, bank transfer and credit card.
Other accepted payment methods: Cash, Bancomat , Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners’, Carta Si, American Express).
For payment by bank transfer we indicate below the data:

Send a copy of the bank transfer receipt by email: info@alpi2000.it indicating the date and name of your reservation, telephone number and email address, you will receive confirmation. The transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of booking.

PAYPAL PAYMENT: ask for information to make payments by PAYPAL to info@alpi2000.it.

3. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of reservation must be communicated in writing. For cancellation conditions please refer to your booking confirmation.
General terms and conditions:
– In case of cancellation up to 30 days before date of arrival no fee will be charged.
– In case of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, 30% of the entire stay will be charged.
Special conditions:
NoShow : (no-show) In case of no-show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Early departures
No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore a penalty will be charged.

 

4. Minimum stay
In every season the minimum stay is 7 nights.
In high season every stay must be from Saturday to Saturday.

5. Delivery and release of accommodation:
The flats are available from 4.00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

For the flats a deposit of € 150 per person is required to be paid on arrival and will be returned on departure.

Rooms and flats not occupied by 19:00 on the day of arrival will be considered free and the reservation will be considered cancelled without notice.

6. Causes of force majeure
The management declines all responsibility for inefficiencies due to lack of supplies, accidental failure of the equipment or other causes of force majeure. We decline any responsibility for damage caused by other guests, atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.
