Please read the booking rules below carefully.

Each booking, after its confirmation, has the value of a contract according to the current Italian legislation. The contract is binding for the person making the reservation and for all other subjects mentioned in it, minors included. In these Booking Conditions the terms “you”,”your”, “your” refer to all names indicated in the booking (including names added or replaced at a later time). 1. Booking
You can send a request for availability and wait for our response. You will receive an (non-binding) offer following your request. The reservation is to be considered confirmed only after our written communication reporting the total price of the stay and after the payment of the deposit, to be made within 3 days from our confirmation. If the payment is not made in time, the reservation is to be considered as null. The booking becomes binding for the agency Alpi 2000 sas only when we receive a copy of the receipt of payment of the deposit. Send copy of payment by e-mail (info@alpi2000.it). At this point we will endeavour to send the customer a confirmation email or a voucher summary to be presented at check-in. The confirmation of your reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation and deposit terms. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the above confirmation and to inform us as soon as possible any anomaly. The communication must be received within 4 days of receipt. After this deadline we disclaim any responsibility for any misstatements. On arrival it is mandatory to present an identification document for each person. To make changes to your booking you need to contact us and we will do everything possible to fulfill your request. However, we cannot guarantee that this request will be fulfilled. In case of a booking change to a period where the price is higher than the amount paid, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Confirmatory deposit – Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code

The amount paid as a confirmatory deposit, pursuant to Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, serves to confirm the commitment undertaken between the parties and constitutes a guarantee of the fulfilment of the contractual obligations.

In the event of withdrawal, cancellation, or non-performance by the customer, the confirmatory deposit paid will be retained and will not be refunded, as compensation for the non-execution of the agreement.

The payment of the deposit therefore implies full acceptance of the above conditions.

2. Payment
To confirm and guarantee the reservation you will be required a deposit to send by bank transfer. In the absence of the required guarantee, Agenzia Alpi 2000 sas reserves the right not to confirm the reservation. The payment of a deposit (excluding tourist tax and optional services) is required no later than 3 days from the date of confirmation of the reservation. In case of non-receipt of the deposit by the dates indicated, the reservation is void. The amount of the deposit is equal to 30% of the amount of the stay. As provided by the Civil Code to art. 1385, will not be returned in case of cancellation or no show.
The balance of the reservation must be paid on arrival together with the extras and the deposit
For the balance payment methods accepted are: cash, bank cheque, bank transfer and credit card.
Other payment methods accepted: Cash, ATM , Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Diners’, Carta Si, American Express).

Send the copy of the receipt of transfer by email: info@alpi2000.it By indicating the date and name of your reservation, telephone number and email address, you will receive confirmation. The transfer must be made within 3 days from the date of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing. For the cancellation conditions please refer to your booking confirmation.
General conditions:
• In case of cancellation or no-show 30% of the entire stay is charged
Special Conditions:
NoShow : In case of no show, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Early departures
No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken and therefore will be charged a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay.

4. Minimum Stay
In any season the minimum stay is 7 nights.
In high season, every stay must be from Saturday to Saturday.

5. Delivery and release of accommodation:
The apartments are available from 16.00 on the day of arrival and must be left free before 9.00 on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

For the apartments a deposit of € 150 per accommodation is required to be paid on arrival which will be returned at departure

Rooms and apartments not occupied by 19:00 on the day of arrival will be considered free and booking considered canceled without notice.

6. Circumstances beyond one’s control
The management disclaims any responsibility for malfunctions due to non-delivery, accidental equipment failures or other causes of force majeure. We disclaim all liability for damages caused by other guests, weather events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases and theft.
