User privacy is important for AGENZIA ALPI 2000. This privacy policy was created to provide information to all customers who visit it on the AGENZIA ALPI 2000 website, other websites associated with it or applications always attributable to this regulation/AGENZIA ALPI 2000 -.

By: Using any of our products or services and/or accepting this Policy, for example when registering for one of our products or services, You consent to the collection and use of Personal Information as described in this Policy.
We may collect personal information from you in any contact or interaction with you and in all other aspects of our work.
We may ask for the details of the accompanying persons, including names and data necessary to identify them in accordance with the law. We may also collect information relating to conversations, including recording or tracking calls to AGENZIA ALPI 2000 and other communications, for example in-app messages and SMS, email, chat.

Surveys in customer surveys we may ask for demographic data or other personal information

Collection at the property: We collect additional personal information during registration/check-in at AGENZIA ALPI 2000, including information required by local laws. At AGENZIA ALPI 2000, we can also use CCTV cameras and other security measures that can display or record images of guests and visitors in common areas, as well as information about your location on our property (through cards and other technologies). We may also use CCTV and other technologies that can make audio or video recordings to protect our staff, guests and visitors at our property, where permitted by law. Social Media: If you choose to participate in social media offers/activities/events sponsored by AGENZIA ALPI 2000, we may collect certain information from your social media profiles, consistent with your settings within the social media service, such as location, check-in, activities, interests, photos, status updates, and friends list. We may also allow you to enter contests to provide photos, such as photos from your stay with us, that you may share with your social media contacts to receive votes, shared offers, or other promotions.

Send/invite a friend: from time to time, we may offer a feature that allows you to send an e-card or message to a friend from the Internet, from an independent kiosk or mobile device or from an email with offers and promotions or informational material that we have sent you. If you choose to use this feature, we will ask for the recipient’s name and email address, along with the text of the message that you choose to include. By using this function, you declare that you are authorized to use and provide us with the recipient’s name and email address for the mentioned purpose.

Security: AGENZIA ALPI 2000 uses the e-mail address to send important security information or material changes made to this Privacy Policy. The name provided is associated with the email and appears when you submit comments or other materials.

WiFi Connection: AGENZIA ALPI 2000 Use the email address and a name used when registering for WiFi service access. This information may be used by AGENZIA ALPI 2000 for marketing purposes at a later date, as the connection service provider may store such information for security purposes as provided and protected by local regulations.

Marketing Consent: If you provide explicit consent to receive marketing information from AGENZIA ALPI 2000, AGENZIA ALPI 2000 will also process the user’s email address for sending marketing information related to possible promotions and offers. The legal reason for processing the user’s email address for this purpose is the consent provided by the user. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@alpi2000.it or via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the body of our marketing emails.

Personal data processed when subscribing to the newsletter: When registering for the newsletter, you are asked to provide your e-mail address and name. You can choose to provide only your first name or a pseudonym instead of the full name, if you wish. All this information is made available to AGENZIA ALPI 2000 by the social media provider due to the way in which it has been configured for social media registration. However, AGENZIA ALPI 2000 only stores and processes the e-mail address of this information. If you do not want your information shared with AGENZIA ALPI 2000 through the social media provider, simply log in to your social account and change your privacy settings.

Personal data that is processed when communicating with AGENZIA ALPI 2000: When interacting with the operators of our client front office via email, telephone, online or in person, it is possible that personal information may be collected, for example the name, postal contact, telephone number, email address and contact preferences; as well as information on AGENZIA ALPI 2000 offers and promotions. It is also possible for event logs to be created and any feedback voluntarily provided through customer surveys analyzed.

Personal data processed when you buy a stay, promotion, event on the AGENZIA ALPI 2000 website: If you buy a stay, promotion, event on the AGENZIA ALPI 2000 website, AGENZIA ALPI 2000 will collect the name, e-mail address and telephone number of the user. We use your information to provide you with messages during your stay, account alerts and booking confirmations; to send you marketing messages; and to conduct surveys, contests, prize draws and other similar initiatives. We may provide you with these communications via email, regular mail, online advertising, social media, telephone, text messages (including SMS and MMS), push notifications, in-app messages and other means (including communications at AGENZIA ALPI 2000, such as the television in the room). With your consent, we also use user-generated content, such as photographs, through social media services to provide on-screen advertising or on our websites and applications.

Service improvements: We can use your personal information to improve the services of AGENZIA ALPI 2000 and to ensure that our site, products and services are of interest to you. We also use your personal information to provide you with the level of hospitality expected on our property. This may include providing you with the ability to control the technology in your room through our website or applications from your personal devices.

If you make a reservation for another person using your email address, the electronic receipt for that person will be sent to your email address.

Data accuracy, analytics and personalization: we may aggregate your personal information with data from third party sources for the purposes of updating and analyzing information. We also rely on third party information to provide you with a better and more personalized service. For example, if you link your social media services or other accounts to our services, we may use this information to make your experiences with us more personalized and social, or to share and use it as described elsewhere in this Policy.

When you visit and interact with AGENZIA ALPI 2000 websites and apps, we collect other information that does not directly identify you about your use of the site, such as the site pages visited and the number of visits to our site. We use such Other information, as well as data received from third parties, to provide you with advertising via email, online (on our and other sites), and mobile, or to use the remarketing function, recognizing you as a navigator within our site on other websites. Since Other Information does not personally identify you, this information may be disclosed for any purpose where permitted by law. In some cases, we may combine the Other information with personal information. If we combine personal information and Other information, this data will be treated as personal information, as set out in this Policy.

The term “confidential information” means your information relating to race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, membership of a trade union, health, life or sexual orientation, genetic information, Criminal records and biometric data used for the purpose of unique identification. We generally do not collect confidential information unless you voluntarily provide it. We may use the data you have provided about your health to provide you with a better service and meet your particular needs (for example, by providing special access measures for people with disabilities).

The AGENZIA ALPI 2000 websites and apps are not intended for children under 18 years of age, except when they are under the care of their parents or guardians. If AGENZIA ALPI 2000 acknowledges that it has collected personal data of users under the age of 18, it will take the necessary measures to delete this information as soon as possible.

Our website and mobile applications may contain links to third party websites. AGENCY ALPI 2000 can also work with a limited number of Internet providers to provide Internet access for our guests. Your use of the Internet service at the property is subject to the terms of use and privacy policies of the third party Internet provider. You can access these terms and policies by using the links on the service’s login page or by visiting the website of your internet provider.

ALPI 2000 AGENCY will take appropriate action to:
protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction
ensure that personal information is accurate and up-to-date. We also seek to invite affiliates and service providers with whom we share personal information to work to keep that information confidential. For online transactions, we take reasonable technological measures to protect personal information transmitted through our site. In any case, unfortunately no security or data transmission system on the Internet can be considered completely secure.
For your privacy, we remind you not to send us your payment card numbers or any other confidential personal information via email.
We will not contact you via mobile, text message or email to ask for your confidential personal information or payment card details.
We will ask you for your payment card details by phone only when booking a stay or promotional package

To the extent required by applicable law, you may request to be informed about our handling of your personal information and, where appropriate, request that we update it, the correction and/or deletion of personal information that we hold in our active database. We will make all required updates and changes within the time specified by applicable laws and, if permitted by law. Such requests must be sent in writing to info@alpi2000.it or visit the PRIVACY MANAGEMENT page. To protect your privacy, we will only be able to respond to such requests through the email address you have registered with or that you have provided us. Please note that if you make such a request, we may not be able to provide the same quality and variety of services as you are used to.

We retain personal information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this Policy, where a longer retention period is not required or permitted by applicable law. We will destroy your personal information as soon as possible and in such a way that the information cannot be restored or rebuilt. If stored in paper form, personal information will be destroyed securely, for example by shredders or incinerators for paper documents or otherwise; if stored in electronic format, personal information will be destroyed by technical measures to ensure that the information cannot be restored or reconstructed at a later time

If the user resides in the European Union, under the General Data Protection Regulation, he has the right to request from AGENZIA ALPI 2000 access to, rectification or erasure of his personal data, data portability, restriction of processing of personal data, the right to object to the processing of his personal data and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
